PARTYJUICE 
HE BORDER PATROLLER, MINOR CRIMINAL
A loud party boy, who Tem sees as an idol or father figure, despite not being his biological father. He's rambunctious and often gets up to petty crimes for the sake of the clan, and very often patrols borders- in fact, that's where he encountered Tem, and unintentionally lured him from the silver lining.
Quite the social soul, Partyjuice at least knows everyone. He gets into trouble and isn't liked by all, but is cherished by some.
Particularly his wife, Vignette!
Her brother, Barley, is a lot more apprehensive, however.
