Art/Character notes!
- His Spines are a lot longer/denser/messier than given. I have a headcanon spines/gnarlhorns/other line-breaking horn/claw terts can grow endlessly since they're not "innate" to a breed, and he'd probably just snap them off if they got too long instead of actually taking care of them.
- Likes wearing fancy apparel but only takes care of his appearance when strategical to do so.
- Unhinged goofball. Everything's a game to him. Even things that absolutely should not be.
- Prioritizes his own sense of entertainment over most else, save direct orders from Akrasi or Karen. He's not actively malicious and won't seek out hurting others, but his total disregard for consequences often leads to exactly that.
- Despite this, he somehow manages to be incredibly charismatic (at least at first) and can often drag dragons who don't know him well into his wild schemes. He's anything but stupid. Emphasis on anything.
- Very, very little sense of morality and has zero shame in breaking the law (namely theft), whereas most of the other Resource Management guys only do so when necessary.
- Loves telling stories. They're probably not true but he sure will make it sound real.
