Digne et inquiétante, déterminée et fière, la vieille et grande Malakah est la Matriarche de son clan sur lequel elle règne avec justice, affection mais fermeté. Soutien éternel pour les siens et menace occulte pour ses ennemis, Malakah veille et attend un jour dont les visions l'assaillent et auquel elle se prépare...

La lignée a toujours été célèbre pour les extraordinaires pouvoirs possédés par ses membres et renfermés dans leur sang. On leur avait connu de grands guérisseurs, mages, devins, si bien que le Cadeau de Malakah, quoique terriblement puissant, n'était pas une surprise.
Toute jeune déjà, la Gardienne manifestait un don de double-vue puissant et inné, un pouvoir de vision à travers les voiles du monde des esprits, du temps et de l'espace.

Lorsque Malakah hérita du Clan à la mort accidentelle et brutale de sa mère, la jeune dragonne déclara qu'elle ne se laisserait plus jamais surprendre par les aléas du destin et le futur qu'elle savait déjà tracé. Désireuse de maîtriser ces pouvoirs complexes et dangereux, Malakah se tourna vers les religieux, les occultistes, les maîtres des runes et autre mages et devins ; si bien que quelques années plus ****, Malakah possédait les visions claires et précises des batailles à venir, de sa mort, de ses petits, et des différents éléments qui régiraient sa vie. Terribles, elle ne refusa pourtant jamais une vision.

Consciente de ces faits et maîtresse de ses pouvoirs, Malakah régna efficacement au fil des siècles, sa longévité s'étalant remarquablement jusqu'à faire d'elle l'ancienne et puissante Matriarche et Mère de Tout.

Lors d'une vision particulièrement violente, Malakah découvrit l'existence d'un dernier oeuf viable de Gaoler, hibernant à travers les siècles en attendant un jour qui vint finalement. Veillant sur l'oeuf comme sa propre portée, Malakah fit bientôt éclore Sani, qui devint sa fille adoptive à défaut de partager ce sang qui en aurait fait son héritière.

Après s'être unie à Prophétie, l'astronome du clan, pour obtenir la descendance que ses visions lui avaient promises, Malakah pondit trois oeufs qu'elle était déjà préparée à perdre. Le seul oeuf viable de la couvée, aussi chétif que précieux, fut celui de Majaak, le prince malingre et héritier mâle du pouvoir que lui offrait son sang et sa lignée. Malakah enterra ses princes de l'Éternel sommeil, et se concentra sur son enfant si fragile et pourtant, si puissant...

Déterminée à atténuer les douleurs de son fils dont les pouvoirs dépassant déjà les siens grandissaient jour après jour, Malakah fit appel à Wōtan, dernier survivant mâle des Gaolers, maître des runes et vieil ami, pour tenter d'enseigner le Contrôle au jeune prince...

SANI ; Sani est la fille adoptive de Malakah, une Gaoler dont l'oeuf échappa à l'annihilation de sa cité et de son peuple. Belliqueuse mais profondément bienveillante, cette jeune turbulente ne partage peut-être pas son sang, mais possède tout son amour.

MAAJAK ; Son fils unique, Majaak est l'héritier du trône autant que des légendaires pouvoirs de sa lignée. Né chétif et malingre, le dragon possède pourtant un Don de double-vue et de prédiction dépassant déjà ceux de sa mère. Pour ces raisons, Malakah veille particulièrement sur son fils instable, cherchant à lui épargner les tourments qui l'accablent et un moyen de maîtriser ses pouvoirs. Elle est consciente que pour Majaak, ce Don est en réalité une Malédiction.

WŌTAN ; Malakah se rappelait, enfant, courir après le rôdeur Gaoler qui s'était aventuré dans leur clan. Malgré les siècles qui se sont écoulés, Malakah et Wōtan sont restés de bons amis en excellents termes; c'est à lui qu'elle confia l'éducation magique et spirituelle de son fils, espérant que le maître des runes parviendrait à aider Majaak...

PROPHETIE ; Prophétie, astronome du clan, est le mâle que choisi Malakah pour offrir un enfant à sa lignée. Même si aucun amour n'unie réellement les deux dragons, une affection profonde s'échappe de leurs échanges, prouvant que la Reine et son consort s'apprécient malgré la vérité de leur union.

Dignified and disturbing, determined and proud, the old and great Malakah is the Matriarch of her clan over whom she rules with justice, affection but firmness. Eternal support for her own and occult threat to her enemies, Malakah watches and waits for a day whose visions assail her and for which she is preparing...

The lineage has always been famous for the extraordinary powers possessed by its members and locked in their blood. They had known to be great healers, mages, diviners, so that the Gift of Malakah, although terribly powerful, was not a surprise. Very young already, the Guardian manifested the Gift as a powerful and innate double-sight, a power of vision through the veils of the worlds of spirits, time and space.

When Malakah inherited the Clan upon the accidental and brutal death of her mother, the young dragon declared that she would never be surprised again by the vagaries of fate and the future she already knew mapped out. Desirous of mastering these complex and dangerous powers, Malakah turned to the religious, the occultists, the rune masters and other mages and diviners; and a few years later, Malakah had clear and precise visions of the battles to come, of her death, of her young,, and of the various events that would govern her life. Terrible they are, and yet she never refused a vision.

Aware of these facts and master of her powers, Malakah reigned effectively over the centuries, her longevity extending remarkably until making her the ancient and powerful Matriarch and All-Mother.

Upon a particularly violent sight, Malakah discovered the existence of a last viable Gaoler's egg, hibernating through the centuries awaiting a day that finally came. Watching over the egg like her own nest, Malakah soon hatched Sani, who became her adopted daughter, dispite not sharing the blood that would have made her the heiress.

After uniting with Prophecy, the clan astronomer, to obtain the offspring that her visions had promised, Malakah laid three eggs that she was already prepared to lose. The only viable egg in the brood, as weak as it was precious, was Majaak, the sickly prince and male heir of the Gift, the power offered to him by his blood and bloodline. Malakah buried his princes of the Eternal sleep, and focused on her child so fragile and yet so powerful...

Determined to appease the pains of her son, whose powers already surpassing her own were growing day by day, Malakah called on Wōtan, the last male survivor of the Gaolers, runemaster and old friend, to attempt to teach the young prince how to control his Gift.

SANI ; Sani is the adopted daughter of Malakah, a Gaoler whose egg escaped the annihilation of her city and her people. Belligerent but deeply benevolent, this turbulent youngster may not share her blood, but has all her love.

MAAJAK ; Her only son, Majaak is heir to the throne as well as possessor of the legendary powers of his lineage. Born puny and sickly, the dragon nevertheless possesses an Gift of double-sight and prediction that already exceeds those of his mother. For these reasons, Malakah takes special care over her unstable son, seeking to spare him the torments that overwhelm him and a way to harness his powers. She is aware that for Majaak, this Gift is really a Curse.

WŌTAN ; Malakah remember, as a child, running after the wandering Gaoler who had ventured into their clan. Despite the centuries that have passed, Malakah and Wōtan have remained good friends on excellent terms; it was to him that she entrusted the magical and spiritual education of her son, hoping that the runemaster would manage to help Majaak...

PROPHETIE ; Prophétie, the clan astronomer, is the male that Malakah chose to birth a child to her line. Even if no love unites the two dragons, a deep affection emerge from their exchanges, proving that the Queen and her consort appreciate each other despite the truth of their union.
