old genes: python, rosette, basic
weioi has been eternally frozen in time. she will not grow an inch taller, she will never leave her form as a hatchling. though she is just as animated as any other able-bodied dragon, she sometimes lapses through reality without warning, her speech and movement warping slower and slower until the hatchling is entirely paralyzed in whatever position she last assumed. this period can last for seconds and usually goes away on its own, but if it happens to take more than a few hours, whoever first notices her has to go fetch her mother, [weirdo's new name], so she can unfreeze her. this time-lagging phenomena feels like nothing to weioi, save for the pang of embarrassment she picks up from the faces of anyone who was in the middle of a conversation with her.
