"Neva is the resident Ice Flight representative- and she embodies every ice stereotype she can. Even though she is a Coatl, and probably wouldn't be easily understood anyway, Neva is either mute or has taken a vow of silence to further her devotion to the Ice Flight and the Icewarden- she won't say which. Her dream is to cover the world in beautiful, unyielding ice- to freeze conflict in its tracks and deliver peace and quiet to the world. She has a... thing going on with Pyria, and while the two are as different as fire and ice, they feel a bit more for each other then pure animosity, no matter what Neva likes to project."
