Wilbur

Wilbur is extremely neurotic about his work, often having to stop himself from trying to bury the residential undead. Because of this he is banned from Mimi's teahouse, save for when gambling with Harlow.

Relationships of note:

Marshal: The only thing Wilbur cares more about than his job is his partner. Because of this, Marshal is the only one who is able to talk Wilbur out of trying to bury the vampiric citizens.

Clayton: Wilbur and Clayton get along well, with Clayton often offering to help dig graves. Whenever this happens Wilbur gets an impromptu geology lesson, which has happened often enough that his is now a surprisingly competent geologist.

Harlow: Being Wilbur's primary outlet for stress involving the unburied undead, Harlow lets Wilbur bury him if he can beat him at poker. When this happens Harlow will play along for a few hours and stay in his grave, before getting bored and phasing back to his special table in the teahouse.

Sylvain: Having a relationship that is rocky at best and aggressive at worst, Sylvain and Wilbur often butt heads. Being paranoid that Wilbur will try and bury his girlfriend alive, Sylvain always keeps a close eye on Wilbur and has tried to convince Mimi to ban him from gambling at the teahouse.
