Observatory Position:
➵ Having such a destructive power, ScapeGoat has had to cultivate a strong moral compass. She knows exactly what strings to pull to lead any dragon to ruin, and it isn't something she takes lightly. She prefers to help dragons overcome their problems, and has a large index of resources for addicts of all types. Of course, when the situation calls for it (and it must be a dire situation) she's able to pull a dragon's own black strings and watch them unravel. Some blame her for their ruin, which is why she named herself ScapeGoat. When the worst situations play out, not one wants to own their own accountability.
