It was the time of the monthly search, and soldiers stormed through the streets on a hunt for any rebel stowaways. A commotion broke out but was settled quickly. Apart from a young brown veilspun screaming profanities at two guards that were dragging it by the wingtips all was silent, and the tension was almost visible. Even if a household had nothing out of the ordinary items were often stolen, for no other purpose than "this would benefit the army more than you." A clear example of this was a new recruit, a copper guardian with blue shining through her scales, giggling as she held a glittering ruby pendant to the sun. However, if her glee from the pendant wasn't enough, what she saw in the next home would send her joy through the roof. For in the nesting room, there lay a single egg. It looked to be a simple ice egg at first glance, but upon closer inspection, the egg was a slight transparent green. The soldier seized it and immediately returned to the home of the king of Erydyn

Kelisha Charged through the palace gardens after her brother, Sazau, in a lively game of 'Escpape the Rebel'. Kelisha was the rebel and had to hunt down and catch her siblings to win. She had already found her two older brothers and her one older sister. Sazau was the oldest and heir to the kingdom, he was serious and often took things literally. Aubrey was the second oldest, she was vain and loved dressing up to show off. And then there was Eli, a month older than Kelisha, he was loud and energetic. Kelisha finally caught up to Sazau and tackled him to the ground, screeching "got you!" Sazau reached up and batted her off "When did you get so fast at hunting me down?" In reply, she shrugged "I've been practicing, I know your favorite hiding spot is under the greenhouse stairs "so that's where I looked first." A shadow loomed over them and Sia, a pretty carmine ridgeback with copper blue wings commented "Lucky for you she's not a real princess, otherwise you'd have competition. And unfortunately for you, little fluffball, you need to stay inside. Don't want to risk being seen. Training starts in half an hour" With a smirk, he wandered off. Sazau nudged her "yup, lucky for me." And trotted off after Sia. Grumbling, Kelisha wandered back to the castle.
