Raian is an assassin from Kure Clan. He represented Under Mount as their affiliated fighter during the Kengan Annihilation Tournament and was one of the three assassins in the tournament. Two years later he fought in the Kengan Association VS Purgatory Tournament, he of course represented Kengan Association with other fighters. He has short, spiked light blond hair and a notch on his hairline's right side. As a member of the Kure Clan, he has dark sclera and white pupils.

Kure Raian is shown as a dangerous and violent person that also has psychopathic tendencies, he says that he is not interested in a fair fight, he likes one-sided domination. Raian is hostile towards everyone, even his own Clan and he loves to provoke others. But despite all that he can, also act level-headed and composed to a degree.
