All Veilspun dragons like pranks and tricks, but RedRain takes things a little far. When she pulls pranks, people get hurt. She aims to scare, rather than confuse. A dancing light suspended over the deepest part of the river place where anyone curious to investigate would be dunked over their head. A bent back branch that when brushed sprang back at eye level. A loop of vine blackberries to catch and cut the leg of the unwary. These are the work of Red Rain. The young dragon would have been exalted long ago if not for her beautiful colors. When caught at her cruel pranks she fell back on her beauty to talk her way out of trouble.

This worked for some time until one of her little traps took the eye of one of Arkar's wolves. The clan leader was furious and demanded that Red Rain be sent to the gods then and there. The clever young dragon pretended to not be concerned at all.

"Send me to the gods then," she said. "I grow bored of pranking the living. I am sure I can find plenty of amusement on the other side. Of course they will know who sent me. I think it will reflect well on this plan that my Witt can liven up their days."

Arkar knew what the young Veilspun was playing at, but she also knew it was not an idle threat. The Glade keeper was preparing to go to war again against her sister; every dragon would be needed both in the realms of the living and the realms of the Gods. This little Loose Cannon could do damage in either place, but perhaps less damage if she remained alive. "You are not fit for exaltation," the clan leader spat. "But you may no longer remain here; you are exiled. Any dragon who sees you within our clan boundaries is within their rights to chase you out by any Force necessary."

Looking around at the faces of all those who she had harmed. Red rain decided that it was a good idea to leave. She would find a new home perhaps one of the better appreciated her sense of humor.
