The Tower of Spines and Magicka - better known as the Arcaneum Liberatius - is an ancient tower carved from harmonic crystals make of pure, archaic energy, and filled with those devoted to the study of magic. The Tower also boasts a population of “false draconians,” homunculi and artificial dragons created in the pursuit of arcane knowledge, imbued with both stolen and created life. While the draconians are more ooze like in appearance, the mystical dragons who reside here have other changes to their physical forms, ranging from simple entourages of faerie folk, to pure arcane magicka taking a physical form around them, almost miasma-like in nature.
