Donnar

Although not a tracker by rank, Donnar is the sole mastermind behind the Drone Project, as commissioned by the Stormcatcher. As a devout follower of his God, Donnar did not hesitate to take on the project. Through rigorous study into the process of replicating DNA and organic tissues, as well as taking the genetic coding of his adoptive son, he has devised a blueprint to manufacture high-tech and obedient drone dragons to be used to serve the Stormcatcher.

Although based off of his adoptive son, Raiden, the Drones do not share any personality traits with him. As a matter of fact, the Drones have no personality at all. Despite technically being living creatures, they do not have the capability to develop a personality, think for themselves, or feel pain. Donnar has made it so that they are near perfect replicas of each other, and any given Drone can replace another should it "malfunction" or perish in combat. The only thing he hasn't quite managed to perfect about the drones is the slight differences in eye color. In the meantime, he uses this quirk as a form of differentiation between drones so he can avoid taking the extra time to check its serial number.

His drones work alongside the Lightning Trackers and are often sent in place of more "valuable" dragons when dangerous situations arise.
