Evangeline's daughter. The daughter of the lair's revered primal dragon. A child of the wood.

Shawni is that poor kid that always got attention when she was young but really just wanted to be alone in her room so she could play out fantasy stories. Since her mother had abandonment issues, Shawni was always coddled as a baby and subsequently sheltered and never out of her mother's sight. She has never left the lair and it shows.
All she knows about the outside is from books and stories from others who travel outside frequently.

To make up for it she has taken up different jobs in the lair helping out other who do travel every so often for one reason or another. Velvet is happy to tell her about the culture of the Plague territories and how they are full of survivalists and innovators. Sapphire has plenty of tales from when she went treasure hunting. So many narratives of the dragons she met while doing so. Felicitas? She's not exactly a traveler per se but she has impeccable social graces and will teach them to Shawni is it's the last thing she can do.
