Dry, all business, not easily fazed or impressed. Kind of a control freak. Dracul spends his free time alone, grooming his fur or rearranging the interior of his lair.
He believes that Plague's survivalist mindset is stupid and is adamantly unaligned with any Flight or clan. He dislikes hanging out with dragons or beastclan and controls a number of mimics who serve him instead.

- Abilities
Very good at organisation and at keeping track of Sornieth's crime circuits. For someone so unsocial he's very observant of others, deducing motives and desires of the dragons he deals with. This is important as keeping the meetings he arranges from turning into violence is his top priority. Dead customers can't pay him.
