The Reanimator
"Blasphemy? Before what god?"

Herbert appeared in the clan out of the blue, supposedly having come from the Starfall Isles, where he began his research on reanimation. Herbert began his experiments on Beastclans and familiars, but has recently taken up testing his theories on draconic cadavers. The science department’s head, Spirit, is not very amused by his techniques, but this has not stopped him from reviving a deceased spiral, aptly named Specimen.
