Biography

Riven was born in the Southern Icefields and trained to be a warrior. She never did apply herself to such training, she ended up top of the class anyways. She never really applied herself to anything; in fact, her childhood pet Fluffy died due to a lack of "applying herself." Riven wasn't phased by his death though giving her a reputation for heartlessness. The fact that she didn't care about such a title and staring eyes didn't help her reputation either. Though such a reputation would ruin many, a fighter as good as Riven was hard to pass up.

Riven soon enough was assigned to protect Bison (The painted trees ice rep at the time) on his many trips to the Icefields. The funny little Tundra was somewhat of an outcast himself though apparently by choice. This was hard to believe as his witty jokes almost always pierced Riven's shell. She slowly fell deathly in love with Bison though Bison was convinced he could never be enough, his feelings did follow suit. She was the best of the best; Riven was on top. The world was handed to Riven on a silver platter, and she left it all, Riven left all of it behind for him. Over the years, Bison and Riven got closer, they told each other everything, and Bison told her something he never had before. He had magic, and now the only one that knew was Riven. Such trust has never been bestowed upon Riven. She wore that trust with pride like one of the many golden plates that adorn her.

They were happy they loved each other the only thing she needed in life was him, and him her. 12 years ago, Bison had given her a white rose and asked her to marry him. The rose was a symbol of Riven's love for Bison. Their engagement, however, didn't last one day. On the very same day, The painted Trees were attacked by beast clans. Bison was gored six times by great arrows that came out of their contraptions. Riven sat with him as he died, and Bison made one dying wish. Bison used all of his strength to enchant the rose to live for as long as Riven's love for him did. She now fights to make sure no one else has to go through the pain of a lover dying in their very own talons.
