Dominic
I'm sending a message,
Of feathers and bone;
Cruel, flippant, and logic-driven, Dominic is one of the most dangerous of Mayor Abran's entourage. He is intelligent, and corrupted by the Shade without losing his mind, and he's able to plan, think on his feet, and act without guidance. Though he rarely attacks the civilians of Sector 42 of his own accord, he is a deadly adversary when he decides to be.

Though gruff and dedicated to his cause, Dominic isn't obsessed with the Shade. He enjoys the freedom that being Shadebound gives him, and he especially enjoys the unique creatures he gets to hunt. He's normally joined by a gift from the Priestess Rhoslyn, a Shadebeast by the name of Lavrenti who acts as Dominic's hunting hound.

Dominic has no friends, only convenient allies and pets.

What is The Herd?
The Herd, much like the parasite thread, tracks lineage. Specifically, the lineage of the eleven starting dragons. One from each flight.
