Nyeng took a risk and sunk all his savings in opening his own catering company. Things were dicey in the beginning before Nyeng and his business really found their feet. Now Nyeng’s catering is rapidly growing in popularity. In the beginning, he cooked all the food himself but now that he’s so busy, he’s been looking into hiring additional help for the kitchen. Despite a few requests, Nyeng has kept to smaller events instead of grand weddings, feeling that he’s not equipped enough to be able to handle such a huge undertaking just yet.
