From hatching, Sherhanne knew where she wanted to go and what she wanted to do in life. Her innate need for protecting her loved ones showing through even when she could barely form syllables. These ideals guided her through life, triumphing and earning the highest accolades for her loyalty and reliability. The rhythm of victory and praise was undisturbed for a very long time, until Sherhanne’s youngest brother’s wanderlust took him out of the ice flows and deep into plague territory, revealing the fault in such protective ways. She plunged after him without a second thought, quickly being lost to the Plaguebringer’s confusing wasteland.
Now, she has found her place among the rocky cliff sides and shifting marrow of the Abiding boneyards, feeling more at home than she ever did in the unforgiving cold of her hatchplace.
