Friendly Neighborhood Outlaws
Fain x Jira Mirrors Obsidian | Python, Lionfish Crimson-Blood | Morph, Freckle Crimson-Blood | Ghost, Runes |
![]() |
Quote:
As a father, Fain is devoted in a fervent way. He adores children, his children specifically, and tries to raise them as he would raise a child in a wild Mirror pack. His kids grow up fast, and are introduced to hunting, scavenging and thievery very early in their lives. Very rarely do any of his children grow up to enjoy the outdoor, bandit lifestyle their mother and father enjoy and those who do often leave for greener pastures, and Fain is devastated by every loss.
Quote:
As a mother, Jira is cold. Her children are treated with the same interest Jira would provide the scenery; just enough focus to provide she won't get hurt. Perhaps it's from the repeated betrayal of her children leaving her to serve the Icewarden or seek out honorable positions in other clans, but whatever it is has turned Jira cold. As adults, her children may describe their relationship with their mother as distant or even aggressive, as the most outspoken of Jira's children would be forced from the pack and given no choice but to start a new life.

Resting Stars
Nomad x Wanderer Pearlcatchers, Imperials Midnight | Starmap, Petals Midnight | Constellation Midnight, Shadow | Spines |
![]() |
Quote:
His children would describe Nomad as a kind but stern father, who always pushed them to pursue their passions and made them work long hours at the inn to "build character". Ultimately, Nomad deeply cares for all of his children and is happy to see them off towards the next chapter in their life, regardless of what they chose to do.
Quote:
Her children would describe Wanderer as a very active parent. Despite her trouble with zoning out mid-sentence, Wanderer is invested in the lives of her children and does her best to support them by providing a safe, nonjudgmental person to speak to. Pray to the Icewarden for those who upset or hurt her hatchlings, because Wanderer is docile but not a pacifist.

Silent Hunters
Quiet x Silent Fae, Imperials Ice | Crystal, Wasp Ice | Facet, Bee White | Ghost, Glimmer |
![]() |
Quote:
As a father, Quiet is distant. He lets his fae children cling to his back as he soars, and doesn't frequently notice if he's lost a hatchling. His children are taught to stalk prey silently, and move with ethereal grace. Oftentimes, Quiet's children have problems reintegrating into more advanced draconic societies. Some of his children hate him, but others view him as a stoic protector.

TRVE Constructs
Vaz x Silent Guardians Gold-Umber | Metallic Gold-Soil | Alloy Fire-Wine | Capsule |
![]() |
Quote:
Syrah's "children" (the term used loosely, as it's uncertain how they reproduce) are sold and sent all over Sornieth to serve as Disaster Prevention Constructs, made specifically for the same purpose as Syrah; to protect their owner's clan from natural disasters, ranging from tsunamis, earthquakes, tornados and even minor Shade threats.

Corrupted Escapees
Furor x Bedlam Banescale Obsidian | Ragged Obsidian | Tear Forest, Hunter | Ghost |
![]() |
Quote:
At one of the deepest levels of a Gaoler prison, situated neatly in the lowest depths, two wyverns shift. It is uncertain what caused the sudden thaw that woke them, but these two monstrosities have been kept trapped for perhaps centuries; the current generation of Gaoler guards doesn't even have records of their existence.
But instead of seeking escape or revenge, they lay a clutch of eggs. And another. And another. Their offspring, small and quick, use stealth and cunning to slip past the guards and move upward. The offspring wyverns sometimes catch a lucky break and make an escape into the open air, taking to the sky with dark wings and flying far to spread their corruption to all areas of the continent.
Their parents, however? Bedlam and Furor stay nested within the prison, unnoticed for now, making their escape through genetics alone.

Tundra Sentries
Illin x Bedlam Tundra Olive-Chocolate | Jaguar, Python Phthalo-Avacado | Striation Berry-Coal | Basic, Underbelly |
![]() |
Quote:
As a father, Illin is... Well, not there. Children hatched into Sleetstorm are raised communally, oftentimes getting sent to a mentor who does the majority of the work in raising the hatchling. Illin's children could recall him as a distant, powerful figure who was obsessed with duty while their mentor was their true parental figure.

Children of the Beast
Ulver x Autumnshine Guardian, Mirror Forest-Grapefruit | Fade Forest-Grapefruit | Blend Sunshine-Cream | Stained |
![]() |
Quote:
As a parent, Ulver is dangerous. He does not recognize his own children, and will attack them on sight like any other dragon. His children often carry pieces of his curse with them as well, their bodies warped in animalistic ways unnatural for them. All of his children meet him once, when their mother chains Ulver up so he's unable to hurt the whelps. It's a traumatic but necessary event.
Quote:
Autumnshine is a notably good mother. She does her best to guide her children through the intricacies of Frosthome, while preparing them to eventually move on to another clan or to serve the Icewarden. She tries to keep her children away from their father while their young, but she will always take her hatchlings to meet Ulver once.
