An aspiring jeweler, Atlas left his birthclan to seek opportunities to hone his craft. When he left home, he had grand visions of being an apprentice to a jeweler, or perhaps joining a large and prosperous clan. Neither of those things proved easy to come by. And yet, Atlas was undeterred. He continued searching, even daring to venture beyond the borders of the Starfall Isles, something he never thought possible. Life as a traveler taught him that he was capable of more than he gave himself credit for. Once a reclusive, shy dragon, Atlas found himself introducing himself to strangers, making friends with dragons from all flights and with varied personalities. He would always be an introvert, but for the first time he realized that spending time with other dragons (in small doses of course) was something he enjoyed.
As he traveled, Atlas practiced his craft. He struggled to find a teacher to take him under their wing, so instead, Atlas taught himself. Over time, his natural talent became apparent, and as he gained confidence, he began to show his work to fellow travelers. A few offered to buy his pieces and slowly word spread of the traveling Fae jeweler. By the time he arrived in the Viridian Labyrinth, Atlas had an established client base and decided that the past several years on the road had been enough-- he was finally ready to settle down and pursue his passion full-time. |
