The current (And long-running) leader of SunnyShore Terrace, Perault takes his duties in maintaining his small beach town very seriously-almost to a fault! Any "hooligans" causing an uproar in his town will be dealt with, you can count on it! Unfortunately, this has caused him to have a strained relationship with his two daughters, Honoaa and Azula. As he has come to realize that the dangers of the past no longer persist in the present, Perault is slowly learning to relax and heal...

No one quite knows where Ellie came from (as her species is native to much colder regions), but she has officially become SunnyShore's mascot! Cheery and chittery, Ellie wanders around town and brings her joy to both residents and tourists alike. Perault likes to makes sure that Ellie stays cool during the warmer seasons, so he converted the pond into an ice pool!
