Biography
Cirro is.......how should I describe him. Well, he's friendly! Overly friendly, actually. Annoying, some might call him. Obnoxious, others might call him. He has a seemingly boundless level of energy. You will often catch him hopping from cloud to cloud, socializing with every other Dream Walker (whether they appreciate it or not). He and Sunder are friends (or as close to being "friends" as someone can be with a creature as vain as Sunder - though Cirro doesn't seem to mind this fact), and together they have mastered the arcane art of mischief making.
Cirro, like all Dream Walkers (besides Sunder, because he always has to be different), doesn't speak. However, unlike all Dream Walkers, who typically prefer to communicate through the strange hive mind like link they all seem to have between one another (again, aside from Sunder), he does not like to stay silent. He loves to whistle, chirp, click, squeak...you can hear him from across the sky, practically.
Cirro, despite what everyone else seems to know, is actually the eldest of the existing Dream Walkers. Maybe they do know, and they just don't like to acknowledge it. He does hardly any work at all, and seems to not function on the same high intellectual level as the others. In fact, he acts much like a Dream Walker who was born only a few days - no, hours - ago. Almost like that instant understanding of purpose, of life, of death, of time and space and everything else mortals and non mortals could comprehend to at least the most rudimentary level could ever conceive, just never implanted itself in Cirro.
Or, maybe it's that Cirro is actually the most wise of them all. While he spends almost all of his time playing in the clouds and communicating to whatever in the world will listen to his non-stop chirping, he does actually practice the craft every once in several eons. When this does happen, it is a momentous event. Cirro creates the most picture perfect dreams of any of the presently living Dream Walkers. In fact, when mortals wake from their dreams, they often have a hard time discerning whether or not they are in reality for a few moments. Besides this, the dreams he creates are some of the most pleasant any mortal can hope to have. Cirro's work is something to behold, and while the other Dream Walkers feel anything between a friendly affection and outright disdain for Cirro and his antics, there is a level of respect for him among them, whether they would admit it or not.
