He couldn’t help it. It was just so… shiny.

At least, that was always the excuse Glitter gave. The Fae had a knack for snatching anything and everything that sparkled, from precious gems to pieces of scrap metal. His clanmates quickly learned to hide their valuables from him, and are wary of the apparel they wear when he’s around. With a complete lack of impulse control and shame, Glitter has been known to remove a dragon’s accessories during a conversation, sometimes without the victim even realizing!

Most of Glitter’s clanmates are understanding of his proclivity for thievery, and often bring him whatever shiny trinkets they may find while out foraging or scavenging. Only a few of his closest friends have been granted the honor of visiting his den-- an enormous cavern filled to the brim with thousands upon thousands of shimmering keepsakes he’s stolen over the years. To his credit, sometimes Glitter tries to pay for the shiny objects he takes, but whenever he pulls out his stash of treasure and gems, they catch the light just so, and the poor little Fae can’t bear to give them away.
