He is very fun loving often jumping at any opportunity to meet new dragons. He is very good friends with his "coworker" and can be very naive and easily trusting. Despite that his memory is incredible and is very knowledgeable
Appearance:
A black Spiral with green circuit markings. Strangely, he has gusts of winds surrounding him with gold accents. He often carries a scroll in his mouth and has a wind emblem on his head with a lantern on the end of his tail. He also wears a green headbow and socks on his back legs.
