Beloved protector of the clan, saintly in stature and behavior, Martin is devoted to all of his clanmates, great and small. Martin is the founder of the Order of The Seeping Knights, a band of warriors from all flights who have accepted the Plaguebringer's gift, and who fight to spread it unto members of the "lesser" flights while committing acts of valor.

As of late, Martin has spent more and more time worrying and praying. A dragon of great faith, and a syncretic worshiper, he appeals to all of the Divine Ancestors for answers to his questions about the future and about his clan's place in it. Mirriam has told him all that she knows, which is only that the Earthshaker is gravely concerned about an encroaching threat from beyond. Together they pray, and they perform the necessary rituals to honor all of the Holy Ancestors. Beyond that, they can only fight what threats lay directly before them--and those threats are great in number.
