Biography
Master of Alchemy, dark magics and diseases.
Many years ago, a skinny, mottled Coatl washed up on the black sand beaches of a remote island. He had been adrift at sea for an unknown amount of time coasting from one bit of driftwood to another, or merely floating along listlessly as a feathery island himself. The few inhabiting dragons took Korival in and restored him to health over a long period of time.
Korival was a closed, quiet dragon that preferred to keep to himself and his lair. With patience, perseverance and openness the dragons gained his trust and learned a little bit more about him. He had been from a lair in the Plaguelands and the clan of dragons had a critical collapse of social structure. Brother attacked sister, mate abandoned mate. The tight knit bond of a clan in a desolate wasteland was shattered.
Slinking away from the glorious chaos, Korival fled to live another day and rebuild his life. What he did not expect was a violent gusting thunderstorm to intercept his ungainly flight over a patch of ocean and floating up onto an island just like any other piece of driftwood.
Trust of the new growing clan of dragons securely gained, Korival resumes his quiet plotting and scheming to nudge the clan along various paths of his design. He was a quiet councilor, always listening and paying attention. A very valued personality in a cave of often times hot tempers. He wouldn't fail again.
