Personality:
Neo is a very positive dragon often ignoring anything bad. They are almost blindly optimistic and can get really low lows. She tends to think highly of her work and her mentors and is a bad liar.

Appearance:
A black tundra with bright purple wings and skeletal markings. Her wings have leopard spots on them with bright blue in the middle. Fainter markings on her main body are also there. She wears a tunic and has draping herbs connected to ropes on her wings and teacups on her tail.

  • Significant Other: None but likes Helios
  • Children: Too young
  • Siblings: None

Backstory (If possible):
She was living in a small village nearby one of the Clan's camp as was allowed to join after Raine saw promise in her and her healing ability. Neo then found Spirit and started training under her too in secret along with Raine. Raine knows and doesn't mind.
