INCIDENT DESCRIPTION:

Research team dispatched at 6:00 a.m. in response to a distress call from a local village reporting an aggressive dragon made of ice. Team arrived on scene to find Individual 218 raiding the village’s community ice storage. Individual 218 was contained with threat of fire and taken to the Fortress of Ends for study. Individual declared shade-touched after study.
