The Snowspell

"Don't judge me just because I'm young, my magic is strong."

Of the dragons that specialize in spelling ice to their whims, Frostrune is the clan's brightest disciple. Recently, he has learned how to sing to the ice and encourage it to grow a completely clear ceiling to let the stargazers view the night sky in comfort. Kiran has recently approached him with plans of creating a clear dome of ice to encase some of his flowers to see if it helps them grow.
