After leaving her home for a breath of fresh air, Nyss flies for what feels like days. Her first destination would seem to be a small clan in the zephyr steppes. Nyss is overwhelmed by joy and wonder, and the thought of meeting new dragons. She set down into the clan, there was a patch of worn out grass where she landed, probably from many previous travelers. She froze for a second, a bit unsure of what to do, this was her first time somewhere new! Luckily Zephyr, the keeper of the inn, spotter her. He walked over to her, annoyed at himself for forgetting to keep lookout for incoming dragons. He introduced himself, and guided her to the small inn. A few dragons looked at her a bit weird, but then again, many of them had never seen a bogsneak. Zephyr told Nyss that she could get settled and then explore a bit if she wanted. She looked around and saw many dragons, not very many but enough to make her feel a bit nervous. She wandered, finding it a bit odd that there were no other dragons of her species. The clan was cozy and everyone was friendly, except for one golden veined pearlcatcher. She was a bit rude. Nyss really enjoyed her stay, but she wanted to find more. So a few days into her stay she set off, but she did grab a bit of bamboo to remind her of the visit, which she placed in a small bag one of the dragons had given her.
