Aurala

Aurala is a no-nonsense, highly intelligent, and scholarly dragon who hails from the Starfall Isles.

She joined the Seeker order at a young age, thanks to her sharp wit and quick thinking skills. However, after a few years of working tirelessly in her order, she abandoned her post momentarily to pursue higher knowledge, joining academy in various schools across Sornieth to learn about life and study the mysterious Shade and its sinister origins.

Nowadays, Aurala is her area's top ranked Seeker, and devotes most of her time to hunting Shade creatures. On occasion, one can find her resting in the evening at her fastidious camps, and she will warily accept a visitor or two to teach them her knowledge and tell them stories of events past, gesturing to the constellations above to illustrate her tales.

In the time she spends at her camp to relax, Aurala is still hard at work, creating potions and meditating to recharge her magic, which is highly concentrated inside of the glowing crystals that grow naturally from her shoulders and flanks. She is a potent magic user, and takes pride in her abilities, as most of her fellow Gaolers often overlook magic in favor of physical strength.
