ok so ya start with a Circl
then get yer head shape. do a sort of sharp diagonal oval.
add your teef, head spikes, and eyes. the eyes are close to the mouth part, and the mouth is very jutting and sharp, don't make it only on the face, break the head lines a lil bit.
NECC TIME. start from around the base of the top head spike and go down in a smooth ar c. do the other necc line from around the middle of the base circle.
FRI LLS!! get it nice and wavey, put some fold lines in there. and why dont you clean up the extra head and neck lines while you're at it, we don't need them anymore and they're a bit distracting by now.
mor spines. start from the top of the necc, decreasing in size as you go down. oh and add those weird side scales, they go up in an ^ pattern.
and there u have it!! a noccy friend. keep in mind this was made in like 7 minutes in ms paint with a mouse so you might have to clean it up a bit
