tal is sociable, but she often keeps quiet. the only times she seems to speak are when she has something to say to her mate, nogah, or when she wants to trick somebody into doing something for her. she is a very manipulative dragon. she uses her silver tongue to convince people into doing menial tasks for her, or getting her valuable things. with her persuasive charm, she doesn't have to lift a claw.

because of this, tal spends most of her days lounging around. eyphah has heckled her about carrying her weight, but she is incredibly flippant and selfish. she doesn't want to expend any effort working on things that don't directly benefit and entertain her. and, since nogah is the only one that she will listen to and he only wants her to be happy, she will continue doing absolutely nothing ad infinitum.

though she wasn't particularly close with her children, her granddaughter, yuval, is her pride and joy. they both get along in account of their mutual immaturity and fun-loving spirits. she gets yuval whatever she wants (through her usual schemes, of course). yuval lived with her and nogah for a long time in the clan. though her departure saddened them both, they know that tal now has a mate and lives in a clan full of exciting opportunities. nothing warms tal's heart more.
