INTRODUCTION

Dima's lead archivist and research assistant, who commands respect and rumors wherever she goes. She's difficult to talk to on good days and near volatile on the bad ones. She doesn't speak of her past, but one look at the chains she still wears and the perpetual frostbite on her hands and she's easily connected back to the Fortress of Ends. She's often tailed by a gaoler named Samson, completing the image of a prisoner and her warden. Yet, their relationship is more akin to a bodyguard and his charge, and Samson seems to be the only one that can make Myrrh smile at any subject other than history.
