INTRODUCTION

Vox fell into the world during the Lacuna like so many others. They always knew when it was time to get out of dodge, and as soon as they hit the ground they ran. The sheer magical energy radiating off the dead giant’s corpse sustained the aloof creature for a few years. However, too much time spent in another realm rooted them too much. To secure a supply of energy, they sought out the emotions of the scavengers around them. The natural result would be to make a hub to gather travelers in so Vox would barely have to lift a finger to secure their food. Thus, they forged a pact with the Seaborn kin that had made the shore their home, and they created Selladore. While they no longer function as it’s lord in the present day, they are still considered its beating heart. Time has changed them, irrevocably.
