A humble tea server who tells fortunes by reading tea leaves. The tealeaves scattered over the cup are observed and interpreted as arcane runes or symbols, which reveal to Fantasia and her many eyes the future destiny of her consultants.

She studiously grew up to become a master of arcanic runes, reading and writing them as effortlessly as the Arcanist. But her parents, strong believers of science and well-rounded scholars in their own respective fields of knowledge, did not appreciate Fantasia's inclination towards the astrology aspect of the Starfall Isles, thinking the fortunetelling craft a waste of time and effort.
