Breed: Wildclaw only

Though Eboncrows are more abundant than their Albino or even Effluvial cousins, their clannish natures often prevent them from seeking to join the Necromancers. Those that do are more likely to do so out of true devotion, and will often return to their home Rookeries to be their clan's Necromancer. While their attempts may be more sincere, some Necromancers may not welcome them as warmly, given their tendencies towards information brokerage and assassin work. However, as such is not strictly prohibited by the Necromancer Council, these protestations may be entirely performative.

Necromancer Eboncrows retain their deep black down, though their wings may lighten slightly to reveal reddish hues in the plumage. The plague stitching is more subtle than in other Necromancers, with some being difficult to see against all the black. While Eboncrows are unwelcoming to Jackdaws, Necromancer Eboncrows may be welcome back more warmly, especially upon proving their merit.

As with all Crow varieties, Eboncrows that are of a creative or clever bent may find new ways to integrate their natural contagion with their Necromantic abilities. The ability to infect others is a powerful tool in their arsenal as assassins, and a Necromancer Eboncrow can expect to receive many tempting offers. Whether they use their gifts in such work is entirely up to the individual.
