No one knows exactly when Tovalis formed, storms had ravaged their territory for months and their people wished for some form of control. He slowly woke and earned to control his abilities, he slowly gained control over the storms that had threatened their people. They slowly bound the storm into a small orb which he bound to himself. He flitted in and out among his people with reckless abandon, small winds followed him wherever he went. He would often spend time among the young dragons learning to fly, using the winds that follow him to catch those who fell and to support those who had succeeded. He loved to see the joy that filled those young ones who eventually learned to fly under their own power. He eventually settled down and grew into his role as a facet of the thousand faced deity, however he was always one of the most down to earth and personable faces of Xie-Lin. He loved to speak to his followers and to care for the children who lived in his territory. He loved to play and would often play tricks on those who entered his territory. |
