S U M M A R Y

Cedar found themself quite lost when they left their home. They wanted to seek opportunities beyond the Tangled Wood, but when they realized they had ended up in a desert on the other side of the continent, running out of supplies and seeking shelter in a crack in the walls of an canyon from the harsh elements, they realized they may have gotten more than they had bargained for when they set out from home. Their saving grace came in the form of Basil, an energetic resident of the Fulgurite Chasm who had spotted the tiny heat signature of the cowering veilspun while scouting the surrounding canyon. Basil and Cedar were able to safely make it back to the Chasm, and the two quickly hit it off, with Cedar clinging to the scout as she deftly traversed the canyon floor to avoid the high winds and dangerous lightning, all the while chatting up a storm with one another. The traveller was offered shelter until they were ready to continue their journey, but it didn't take long for them to realize that they had found what they were looking for. Cedar, like so many others, had found a home in the chasm walls. Nowadays they can often be found alongside Basil, helping her to scout the desert for other dragons in need of assistance.
