Art notes!
- The dorsal side of BOTH wings is blue, ventral is his natural striped brown + scattered blue scales.
- Canonically his appearance isn't a "skin" but rather a physical change as his magical prowess has grown.
- He can't breathe fire but mouth is scarred where the skin has flames
- Blue "tail flame" is a constant discharge of electricity

- As with most of my dragons, his given length/wingspan is canon! His wings are too small to allow for flight and he instead uses them to carry around items/tools. There's always something tied to them
- A bit spacey and hard to talk to. He gets a kick out of being intentionally mysterious, but also doesn't have the patience for unnecessary questions.
- He's generally treated as having prophetic/supernatural prowess by those who meet him (including members of the Swarm), but in reality he's just exceptionally observant, clever, and a bit lucky. That doesn't mean he won't use that assumption to his or others' advantage, though.
