- BAHAHAHA MY OLD LORE COMES FULL CIRCLE
- a nomad who's been roughing it in the desert for years. Knows it like the back of his hand (claw??) Athanasius ran into him when he first left the lab to look for new material for a new construct who could help with the work, and Jimmy guided him into the Carrion Canyon (which is, like...super haunted.) Jimmy was skeptical of Z's claims at first - that he could summon a departed soul and put it inside a new body that wasn't a zombie - but he was stunned when they turned out to be true. He followed Z back to the lab out of sheer curiosity, and now he's not entirely sure why he's sticking around to watch this disaster unfold. He knows a little magic, but he's hardly a protege. Z doesn't seem to mind having him around, though
- lol he's a commie. (A former employee of the Lightning Farm, he went rogue years ago and has been on his own ever since. His exit was...a bit dramatic, and he knows if he's ever spotted by any diehard loyalists, he'll get dragged right back. He likes to keep moving because of that.)
- he does not like his name, but he refuses to change it because it's a family name, and it would be a disservice to his great uncle Jimmy, who was by all accounts a good man.
- Hopkins and Phoenix and their...thing drive him crazy.
