Legend has it that, on the nights before brutal battles, those that will die will dream of a small, yellow dragon, with glistening wings and jagged red stripes. Many dragons will forget their dreams shortly after waking up— some not remembering at all— but a small amount of them will remember. Remembering old stories of it, some will refuse to fight, hiding in their lairs or leaving their clan altogether to escape their looming deaths, but those that don’t heed the warning in their dreams, by lack of care or simply not believing these ridiculous superstitions, have never lived to prove that meeting this small yellow dragon in their dreams means doom.
