Biography

The Annual Sornieth Hunger Games.
Every year at a certain date (maybe immediately after NotN), a set amount of active players representing each flight (plus some Beastclan NPCs) participate in a bloody, grueling battle for survival.
How to play:
1. In order to be chosen as tribute, the player must "win" a lottery, not unlike Roundsey's Raffle Roulette. Each active player gets one ticket by default, and cannot sell it. Getting more tickets will earn you treasure, though there is a limit to how many you can get.
2. Each competitor starts with a small amount of points. In order to survive until the end, you and your team must rack up more points by performing certain activities, such as:
(a) Competing in PvP coliseum. Winning a PvP earns you points, while losing subtracts them. Each of your dragons may be knocked out twice before it is officially dead and out of the Game.
(b) Fairground games. Basically you play at the Fairgrounds as usual, only this time you earn points in addition to treasure (and, like with treasure, a limit to how many points you can earn each day).
(c) Keeping your dragons fed. Keeping their energy bar above a certain level earns you a small amount of points at the end of each day.
(d) Playing specific games unique to the event. I'm not sure what those would be, but I'm sure the devs could think of something delicious.
3. You lose points by:
(a) Losing coliseum battles, as stated above. And yes, running from a match counts as losing.
(b) Letting you dragons go hungry. If a dragon's energy bar reaches zero, it dies, and you lose points. During the Game, you must also keep your hibernating dragons fed.
(c) Exalting dragons, which counts as your dragons deserting. Players are, of course, not informed of this, and must learn the hard way.
(d) Not using your daily gathering turns (because heck you).
4. Your lair drops out of the Game if you:
(a) Lose all your points.
(b) Lose all your dragons.
Losing Teams
Every player from the ten losing teams has all their items, currency, and dragons removed from their account. They are left with nothing but an empty lair. Could these poor players, in theory, have given their precious dragons and belongings to a non-competing friend for the duration of the Game? Nope, because during the Game, competitors are unable to use Auction House or the Crossroads, or give away anything via PM. The only way to be truly safe is to not be chosen as tribute at all.
Winning Team
The team with the most points by the end wins, which earns them . . . an achievement. You know, those things people used to get when they hatched a dragon with a certain gene or collected a certain amount of familiars. That's literally it.

Exalting Finale to the service of the Earthshaker will remove them from your lair forever. They will leave behind a small sum of riches that they have accumulated. This action is irreversible.
