 Uh-oh, looks like this vengeful friend wandered a little too far from his home lair kiwisun, home lair (#546503), and now he's off to see the world! If ever you feel the need to exalt, he'd really appreciate it if you could just return him to the home lair, or to the 'Dragons Off To See The World' thread, here. This is not necessary, but he would be very grateful! ___________________________ "It's a quarter till midnight. Everyone sleeps, though among the restless stirs imment danger." The wind would grasp against the homes sleeping in the clan. It was winter and usually more peaceful during these nights. Though it was long and dragging, making winter a block of ice that would slowly melt till Spring. Chilling as it was, there was a broken peace under the moon. In the mid-morning, Quarter has discovered that his dear friend was not showing up to their planned meeting to hang out at a local shop that they had found recently. He was easily anxious, thus creating the urge that leads him to go find his best friend at their house. A mob of dragons piled around the house. A few were shouting out from the crowd - some yelling, some weeping, others arguing - while they tried to get information on the situation. Once Quarter had arrived at the scene, he rushed on over and pushed to the front of the crowd. What could have happened? Why did it seem to involve V- Easily he could spot the deceased body of his friend being carefully taken out of the house. A whirlwind of his emotions spread through his body to the tips of his wings. Somehow he kept his composure, which leads him to ask the Wildclaw that stood beside him what had happened. "It's said that neighbors sad a red mirror sneak into the house. Several were suspicious as they never had seen this mirror before. When Ms. Holt had come to see what was going on, she had found Vesper on the floor," the Wildclaw spoke softly, keeping their eyes to the ground to avoid looking at what had happened. "Ms. Holt saw the mirror runoff through a back door, though couldn't get a good description on it. They had yellow eyes and a hood that covered most of their face. I doubt we'd be able to catch them now, but there are search teams trying to find this murderer." Processing this information was difficult. Murdered. But why? For a moment, Quarter sat there to focus on his grief. Though as that passed, any of those bottled up emotions had slammed up into anger. He needed to find who did this and in whatever way possible, he would bring his revenge upon this act. "Thank you," he replied to the Wildclaw beside him. Carefully he slipped his way out of the crowd. On his way home, he would devise a plan: travel on the path he believed the mirror has taken and find who did this. On his way he will ask the clans he passes and post flyers around. He would find justice, no matter the cost. ___________________________ To be continued by hosts . . .
