A lovable yet ruthless business lady with a particularly sweet tooth. At Archmage Vasily’s request, Constance brought Percy’s family bakery, which had been closed down for years, and completely renovated it. Now, Delicacies is a growing sensation in the Tourmaline District and it’s all thanks to her keen eye for business and her connections in high places.

“Would you believe it? We just got an order from Councilor Anika!”

Constance looked up from her desk and smiled sweetly, Percy’s joy was just infectious. “Seriously? I wonder what that husband of yours did to finally convince her.”

Percy shook his head, chuckling all the while. “It’s not that, her letter says Councilor Mercy woke up and started talking about you.”

She dropped her pen. “What? She’s finally awake?” Constance could hardly believe her ears. "Talking about me?"

» She’s Mercy’s cousin, the two were never particularly close though. It was through her that Constance made friends with Vasily and other council members.
