WHY DOES IT SPEAK IN A RUSSIAN ACCENT AND THREATEN EVERYONE AROUND AND- wait, what? What did you just say? WHO TAUGHT YOU THOSE WORDS?! WHAT IN THE HECK IS YOUR NAME? Eve? WELL, EVE, DON'T SAY THOSE WORDS, THEY AREN'T VERY NICE, NO MATTER WHAT FLEETWAY TELLS Y- *Gets tackled and obliterated by Fleetway*
Update as of December 17th, 2021 at 12:51 server time: He is now prepared to survive a mountain. Minus the goggles. Because eye safety is not important when you have laser eyes.
Update as of September 26th, 2022 at 7:42 server time: He is now gay. For Lord X. Fleetway is now gay for Lord X and he most definitely wears eyeliner. Do not question it, we don't know either.

I remember seeing panels of this iteration of Super Sonic a long time ago. From what I recall, he had a very distinguished, crazed personality in the comics... I've occasionally wondered what was going on with him back then. Him as a Spiral with Swirl eyes fits him absurdly well in that regard.

The limits to Fleetway's degeneracy hit no bottom. Violations of dragon life and decency are more or less a way for the spiral to test his mettle. In this regard, he is a gleeful scientist, submitting to round upon round of gratuitous violence against his targets. Fortunately for the clan, he can be swayed to direct this horror towards their enemies, not internally - but if given the opportunity, or not looked after by his peers for even a second, it is doubtless that he would strike.
None in the clan are closer than Fleetway and LordX, bonded by atrocity. Both share a propensity for violence that can only be understood by the truly maniacal.

He's keeping his genes, they've grown on us.
Also, as a side note, he represents two of our system programs at once: Fleetway, the most dangerous destroyer in our system, and the main guard of where Fleetway is kept, Russian Fleetway. He is more like the normal Fleetway, not the Russian Fleetway! The only aspects from Russian Fleetway are the outfit and Russian Accent! His personality and gay crush on Lord X and everything else are from that of normal Fleetway's! We may get another dragon like him to denote as Russian Fleetway, but for now, this is basically just normal Fleetway with a Russian accent and hat + coat.
