"I'm not sure why you would be interested in learning about me... but, I suppose I have a bit of time- very well then, take a seat and I'll tell you a tale or two."

On the 29th of December in the year 2020, during the Night of the Nocturne, Kihte was created as a follower of the Wind Flight's God; A dragon brought into existence by The Windsinger himself. A full-grown dragon at the time of creation, Kihte has no past as a hatchling and therefore no parents aside from The Windcaller, whom she calls father. Though a Coatl- a breed that was originally created by the Flamecaller- she devotes herself heavily to the patron deity that gave her life.

Kihte, though young, easily earned a small following of dragons due to her kind nature and link to the Great Wyrm. She soon amassed a large enough group to call a clan, which- after several passing moons- was named Clan Skytrills. The name was a fitting one, referring to the Clan's Flight and Kihte's native Coatl tongue of hums and warbles.

Clan Skytrills wandered the Windswept Plateau, looking for a place to call their own; eventually stumbling on a plain near the Zeypher Steppes. It was a small stretch in the Southeast corner of the Windswept Plateau, bordering the volcanic expanse of the Ashfall Waste. The land was warm and circled by a pleasant heat brought by the winds from the neighboring land. The territory was towered by the walls of the plateaus and hidden from direct sight by large stalks of bamboo that littered the earth. This was where they made their home.

However, Kihte was young and inexperienced. Though a loved figure to her Clan, she could not rule. She did not have the knowledge or strength to be Leader- Clan Skytrills was in a pickle. The clan was home to several dragons that were both older and more powerful than Kihte, though none more fit to rule. They needed a Leader who was not just knowledgable and strong, but kind and levelheaded- empathetic and full of integrity... and so their search began.

It was not long before Clan Skytrills' answer had come to them- as if a gift from The Windsinger himself- in the form of a wandering dragon named Vir. Vir had offered her help in guiding the Clan, lending her wisdom and strength to the small group of dragons. Kihte hastily accepted Vir's offer, agreeing to her one condition- that Kihte would take her role as Leader when the time came.

Kihte now resides as Clan Skytrills caretaker and Vir's second-in-command. Though still young and having much to learn, she tries her best to make both her Clan and God proud.

"I hope that wasn't too long. I tend to get a bit carried away, forgive me. If you'd like to know more, I've made a list of items I am personally searching for. They might help you understand me a bit more; you know the saying, 'You are what you wear!'... oh... that isn't the saying? Well, I'll leave that list here anyway. If you're still curious, I suppose I could tell you more, if you have time."

As far as first impressions go, many would say that Kihte is kind, friendly, and funny- if not a bit awkward. She might not be the first to initiate a conversation, but she will be the first to try and make the conversation a bit more inviting. To some, she might come off as a bit overwhelming or annoying.

She is quick to make friends and tries her best to keep in everyone's good graces. Similar to her breed, Kihte is a conflict-avoiding dragon. She firmly believes that peace can be kept even in the face of disagreements and clashing personalities.

"You don't have to like someone to get along with them."

While a dragon with a lot of thoughts, Kihte tends to keep her opinions to herself if she knows it will cause discourse. She also will rarely take part in conversations she has little knowledge of. Though she will openly state her views if she feels they will be accepted or at the very least, tolerated. Sometimes, this causes her to close up because she has a lot of opinions.

Kihte is an idealist- always envisioning the world to be a better place than it actually is. Many would call her naive or impractical, but she believes her optimism is a virtue. That being said, she tries her best in everything that she does in order to be a boon for said world she envisions.

She also loves helping others and often goes out of her way to help if asked. While she rarely expects favors in return, she does expect praises and thanks, and will often get irritated if she doesn't feel 100% appreciated or helpful. She will blindly continue to give favors if she receives the necessary praise, however, so keep that in mind if you wish to have a reliable contact for favors.

Overall, Kihte can be summed up as whimsical, intelligent, friendly, and helpful- if not a bit awkward and odd at the best of times. Some may see her as overbearing or annoying, but for the most part, she's a gentle soul that only wants peace and what's best for the world and its inhabitants.

༅ Despite being born a Coatl, she can not speak the Coatl language fluently. She has the innate ability to vaguely understand it and is capable of small speech, but aside from that, speaks fluent draconic.

༅ Her lack of knowledge of the Coatl tongue doesn't save her from her lisp. When she speaks too fast, her words slur together, making her near impossible to understand.

༅ She's a hoarder, and Windsinger forbid you try to throw something away to her knowledge.

༅ She doesn't understand sarcasm well so will often take things literally or seriously when they aren't meant to be.
