Anubis is widely considered the pivotal figure in the history of channeling the Ancient Tongue (a vehicle to connect to the god/earth directly), guiding the flow of philosophy. She's guided many dedicated students, their faces blending together after living for thousands of years.
Due to the length of submerging herself in the act of god-channeling, her identity has become corrupted, erratic, and unknowable, her mortal brain was forced to expand to impossible amounts to make room for the ocean of the almighty.
Despite the corruption, isolation, and torture that godchanneling beacons, she never takes it out on her students, instead opting to showcase a Devine level of patience when facing a troubling student.
