Scald Release (?), "Hot Ice", as opposed to her little brother's "Cold Fire"; In a bizarre mutation of her parent's abilities, Kotori produces a chemical reaction similar to the combination of Sodium acetate trihydrate and Dry ice, which is solid carbon dioxide.
Her main forms of attack rely on the creation of thick, heavy fogs and mists in which she hides and blends into, much like her companion summon, Kiko.

Kotori summons an impenetrable mist on the battlefield, into which she promptly "dissolves". Wherever the mist is, she can go to as well. A strong wind would be this mist's only weakness, as it can break it apart, and by extension, hurt Kotori.
The Mist itself can shift rapidly between searing hot and subzero freezing temperatures, while prolonged exposure to said mist or breathing too much of it will allow Kotori to manipulate it while inside the victim. The mist is capable to sucking away all the heat from any objects that find themselves in it, as well as boiling them alive at the snap of Kotori's fingers. The jutsu is thought to be a modification of the deadly Water Release: Hidden in Mist Technique.

Summoning Contract:
Foxes, certain affinity for Snakes
Kiko is her personal summon, him being a Seishin (spirit) Kitsune. It is though that her affinity and bond to foxes comes from before she was even born, as during her time in the womb, in order to keep her alive, her mother's own Demon Fox fed her bits of his chakra, thus making sure Kotori would be born healthy and without incident.
Her affinity for Snakes also comes from her mother's side, and she uses Snake-related Jutsu very often. In particular, her snakes seem to take on the form of Leimadophis epinephelus, "Fire-Bellied Snakes".
